Full Circle Holistic Healing is a 360° view of your inner and outer worlds and how they interact from all timelines and dimensions. As humans are complex multi-dimensional beings, this healing encompasses a synergy of psychological, mental, emotional, and spiritual realities of existence.
This service is aimed towards bringing multi-dimensional awareness to your being and creating balance and harmony for your optimal health and greatest timeline trajectory. All aspects of your life, like financial, mental, relational, psychic, emotional, physical, and energetic, just to name a few will be impacted when you bring a holistic awareness to yourself. You will see that all aspects have one thing in common which is the core of our being. Once the core is stabilized, other aspects will stabilize as well, and will bring a holistic homeostasis state to the entirety of your being. Full Circle Holistic Healing is specifically tailored to you and at your own pace. You will see fast results by working with the many techniques that I will show you. Each one is tailored to the level they are presently in, gradually moving towards your goals. From my services found on this website, you can choose separate ideologies and services to experience them one at a time during a session or you can combine them in the Full Circle Holistic Healing service. It is a "Carte Blanche" that gives you access to an array of tools.
Your first session will be 90 min in duration with a free consultation of 30minutes, for a total duration of 2 hrs. Subsequent sessions will be 90 min long.

Massage Therapy
There are as many kinds of Massage Therapy as there are reasons for visiting a therapist. A massage can be a great way to relax a stressed mind or body, injuries heal faster when massage is part of the treatment. Therapeutic needs vary from day-to-day, person-to-person, and for each one of those needs, there is a massage type to choose from. With variations in pressure, technique, areas of focus and desired outcome, the right choice in technique will result in favourable outcomes.
The most popular types of therapeutic massage are deep tissue massage, Lomi Lomi massage and prenatal massages. Different types of massage address different health concerns. The sports massage specifically addresses sports injuries and muscular spasms while deep tissue massage works on the deeper layers of muscle tissue. Massage therapy can classify as a medium pressure treatment aimed to relax tense muscles and tissues. Doing wonders for a stress-ridden body. Overall, therapeutic massage promotes health and wellness and is usually suitable for all ages.
Lomi-Lome, Hot-stones and relaxation massage are considered to be a light pressure therapy. Good to promote blood circulation and lymphatic drainage to remove toxicity from the body, helps with joint mobility, decreases inflammation and swelling, and increases range of motion.
For expecting mothers: to perform a safe massage, mothers must pass their first trimester. During the first three months of pregnancy, the fetus is not safely attached to the uterus, and since massage therapy increases blood circulation, this could lead to a miscarriage. Always ask your doctor or physician if massage therapy is safe for you.

What is Microblading?
Microblading, also known by a variety of names such as eyebrow embroidery, micro stroking. This is the refined technique of depositing small and precisely placed, molecules of the semi-permanent pigment directly into the basal layer of the skin with a specialized pen, to mimic the growth of your already existing hairs and create bolder, natural-looking brows.
It’s an extremely meticulous process that takes around two hours to complete. The longest part and the most important step is drawing in the shape of the brow with a removable pencil, which takes about an hour. During this time, the best-customized shape for every client is chosen.
It does not involve the use of a machine, The blade of the microblading pen is 3 times thinner than the needles used for the machine technique. When performed correctly, the procedure is almost painless, numbing solution and anesthetic are used to limit discomfort. Results can last up to 1-3 years average of 2.5 years but can vary depending on skin type, age, sun exposure, and products used on the face. Retouching is common and should be expected.

Aftercare
⦁ Do not wet for 7 days, please wash your face carefully around the eyebrow without getting water on the treated area. If you feel dust or discomfort in the treated area, wipe it gently with an alcohol wipe
⦁ No sunbeds, tanning, excessive sweating in the gym, no makeup or anti-ageing creams on the brow area for at least 10 days. It is best to allow the brow to heal first before using any of the above
⦁ It is normal for colours to fade up to 40% the first week
⦁ Apply on a small dosage of coconut oil or grapeseed oil 3-5 times a day
⦁ Keep your hair away from your face as this could cause infection
⦁ Failure to follow post-procedure instructions may cause loss of pigment, discoloration or infection.
⦁ To keep a sterile environment, no other person or animal is allowed in the room during the procedure.
